CDC Group plc, a UK government-owned development finance institution, holds a 10.68% stake in I&M Holdings, the parent company of I&M Bank Ltd. Additionally, I&M Bank benefits from a technical support partnership with the International Finance Corporation, which assists in areas such as staff training, product development, and risk management. The bank also secures medium-term foreign currency credit facilities from European development finance institutions, including Prop arco, DEG, and FMO.
