We seek candidates with a strong academic foundation, necessitating a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Advanced degrees such as a master’s or Ph.D. are highly advantageous, particularly for specialized or research-oriented roles. Relevant certifications or additional coursework in the field may also be required or preferred, depending on the position’s demands.
A bachelor’s degree in a Social Science discipline or a closely related field is required.
Proficient in Islamic Banking principles, regulations, and operational frameworks, along with relevant certifications in the field.
Professional Qualifications & Affiliations: Membership in recognized professional organizations and relevant certifications. Publication of scholarly articles, research papers, or other industry-related works in reputable journals or platforms.
