By accessing or using this website, its features, tools, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must:

- Job listings are provided for informational purposes only;
- We are not a party to any employment contract between jobseekers and employers;
- We do not guarantee employment outcomes from using the Platform;
- Users should independently verify the credentials of any employer before sharing personal or financial information.
5. Auto-Apply Feature (Premium)
The Premium Auto-Apply feature automatically submits job applications on your behalf using your stored profile. By enabling this feature, you:
- Authorise Mimu’s Jobs Kenya to submit applications to job listings matching your preferences;
- Acknowledge that not all auto-submitted applications may be reviewed by employers;
- Accept full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of your profile and CV;
- Understand that we are not liable for any outcome resulting from auto-submitted applications.
The Premium plan is billed at $1.99/month, secured via Stripe, and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles;
- Use the Platform to solicit money, personal details, or sensitive information under false pretences;
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without written consent;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s infrastructure or security;
- Impersonate any person, company, or entity;
- Use the Platform for any purpose that violates Kenyan law or applicable international regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, CV templates, salary guides, and software — is the property of Mimu’s Jobs or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Mimu’s Jobs Kenya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Any inaccuracy in job listings or employer information;
- Outcomes from job applications, interviews, or employment arrangements;
- Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
