As the primary liaison for customer interactions, this position plays a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships while actively marketing to both prospective and current clients to expand high-quality business across both the asset and liability portfolios. Additionally, the role is responsible for driving revenue growth in alignment with the segment head’s established targets.

Responsible for maintaining customer retention, expanding wallet share from current business operations, and cultivating strong relationships within the designated portfolio. The primary emphasis will be on promoting Shariah-compliant financing solutions and optimizing the overall Barak ah Banking portfolio across all branches.

Key Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet established quality standards. The role involves managing stakeholder communications, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the position requires analyzing performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for leadership, and aligning activities with organizational goals to foster sustainable growth.

Proactively engage with prospective clients to present Bank offerings, including products and services, fostering new business relationships and expanding market reach.

Build upon relationships with current clients by identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services and deepening their engagement with the organization.

Facilitate consistent meetings to strengthen client relationships and broaden professional networks.

Collect essential financial and non-financial documentation essential for conducting thorough credit assessments.

Formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the designated portfolio, ensuring comprehensive implementation of all proposed actions.

Serve as the primary liaison for clients, overseeing account management and ensuring timely responses.

Develop and nurture robust client connections while participating in events to foster deeper engagement and collaboration.

Develop tailored banking solutions designed to align with clients’ operational requirements and enhance their business performance.

Provide outstanding customer support while educating clients on available investment options.

Present findings, offer strategic solutions, and propose appropriate concessions whenever necessary.

Manage a broad portfolio of clients, spanning from micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to large small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), ensuring tailored solutions to meet their distinct requirements.

Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, assess financial data, negotiate contractual terms, and streamline operational workflows to optimize service delivery.

Academic Qualifications:

A relevant bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as education, psychology, or social sciences, is required. A master’s degree or higher in a specialized area is preferred, depending on the specific role. Additionally, candidates should possess relevant certifications or licenses, where applicable, to ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.

A Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Science or a closely related discipline is required.

Proficiency in Islamic Banking principles and possession of relevant certifications are required.

Qualified candidates must possess relevant professional credentials or affiliations with recognized industry bodies and a record of scholarly contributions, including published works.

A pertinent professional credential is required for this position.

Professional membership in an accredited, field-specific organization is required.

A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is essential for consideration in this role.
