Job Purpose:

This position serves as the primary liaison with customers, focusing on delivering exceptional service to enhance satisfaction and promoting products to both new and existing clients. The role aims to expand high-quality business across both asset and liability portfolios while driving revenue growth in alignment with the targets set by the segment head.

Drive customer retention, expand wallet share within existing business relationships, and cultivate effective portfolio management for assigned accounts. Emphasize the growth of shariah-compliant financing and the development of the Barak ah Banking portfolio across all branches.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of projects with company objectives, fostering innovation and efficiency across all departments. Lead and mentor personnel, providing clear direction and support to enhance team performance and achieve measurable outcomes. Conduct thorough evaluations of processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication and resolving complex issues to uphold organizational integrity and reputation.

Develop and cultivate relationships with prospective clients by presenting and promoting the Bank’s products and services.

Foster stronger relationships with current clients by identifying additional opportunities to offer relevant products or services and deepening their overall engagement with the organization.

Facilitate routine meetings to cultivate strong client relationships and broaden professional networks.

Collect essential financial and non-financial documentation required for conducting thorough credit evaluations.

To design and execute strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the designated portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market opportunities.

Serve as the primary liaison for clients, overseeing account management and ensuring timely responses.

Foster enduring client connections and participate in events to facilitate additional engagement.

Develop tailored banking solutions to align precisely with each client’s operational requirements and strategic objectives.

Deliver outstanding customer service by providing expert guidance on investment products to clients.

Present findings, develop strategic recommendations, and negotiate necessary compromises to achieve optimal outcomes.

Manage a broad client portfolio spanning from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to larger small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), ensuring each client’s distinct requirements are met.

Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, evaluate financial data, negotiate contractual terms, and streamline operational workflows to optimize service delivery.

Academic qualifications required for this role include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related discipline. A master’s degree or higher is strongly preferred, particularly for advanced or specialized positions. Additionally, candidates should possess certifications that align with the job’s technical or industry-specific demands, where applicable. Relevant work experience may also be considered in lieu of formal education in some cases, provided it demonstrates equivalent expertise. Fluency in applicable languages or proficiency in specific tools, frameworks, or methodologies may further be required.

A bachelor’s degree in a social science or a closely related discipline is required.

Proven expertise and relevant certifications in Islamic Banking are required.

Qualified professionals must possess relevant credentials from recognized industry organizations and demonstrate a history of scholarly contributions through published works.

A pertinent professional qualification is required.

Affiliation with a pertinent professional organization is essential.

Minimum of three years of relevant professional work experience is necessary.

A minimum of four years of relevant experience within a comparable organization is required.
