REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR THE DRIVER ROLE INCLUDE A VALID COMMERCIAL DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD, AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL DRIVING EXPERIENCE, AND THE ABILITY TO OPERATE VARIOUS VEHICLE TYPES SAFELY. APPLICANTS MUST DEMONSTRATE EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS, STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION, AND THE CAPACITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION. FAMILIARITY WITH GPS NAVIGATION SYSTEMS AND BASIC VEHICLE MAINTENANCE KNOWLEDGE ARE PREFERRED. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT AND MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS, INCLUDING NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS.
The applicant must possess at least a Form Four certificate.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) license, an up-to-date certificate of good conduct, and a valid driver’s license encompassing classes ABLE, D1, D2, and D3.
With a minimum of ten years of continuous driving experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in operating vehicles reliably and consistently over an extended period.

Prospective candidates should possess an in-depth knowledge of Nairobi’s road networks, estates, and surrounding areas.
