Supervise and guide Assistant Plant Controllers to ensure efficient monthly cost reporting
Maintain precise product costing within SAP FICO, including Bills of Materials (Boys), routings, standard costing methodologies, and inventory valuation processes.
Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate inventory counts, precise work-in-progress (WIP) valuation, and thorough variance analysis.
Oversee manufacturing expenditures encompassing raw materials, labor, utilities, overhead costs, and production efficiency.
Monitor plant operational expenditures in comparison to the allocated budget, identifying discrepancies through variance analysis and recommending corrective measures to ensure financial efficiency.
Responsible for managing inventory control and monitoring stock movements to guarantee precision and adherence to established standards.
Oversee capital expenditure initiatives, meticulously monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to budgetary allocations.
Collaborate closely with production, procurement, maintenance, and supply chain teams to enhance cost efficiency.
Oversee the enhancement of reporting accuracy and operational performance through ongoing improvement initiatives.
Facilitate the creation, maintenance, and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
