JOB SUMMARY
The BDE – Recruitment & Placement Services will function as a strategic architect of organizational growth, responsible for uncovering new recruitment and placement service opportunities, fostering enduring client relationships, and ensuring commercial activities align with the organization’s overarching vision.
The position involves driving revenue growth and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial alliances.
They will develop and refine value propositions designed to secure a sustainable competitive edge.
The successful candidate must demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and exceptional communication abilities. Prior experience in a comparable position and familiarity with onboarding both local and international clients for recruitment and placement services are highly desirable.

Construct and sustain a dynamic sales pipeline designed to monitor advancements and evaluate key performance indicators.
