.Responsibilities

To guarantee adherence to Customer acquisition and onboarding procedures, specifically Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols and customer education regarding top-ups, meticulous oversight is essential.

Works collaboratively with the Line Manager to design, implement, and track sales initiatives within the designated territory.

Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout the acquisition and onboarding phases to ensure alignment with established performance standards and timelines.

The retrieval of devices from customers who have not adhered to the required policies is necessary.

Deliver first-tier assistance by conducting on-site diagnostics and resolving customer concerns promptly and efficiently.

Customer issues that remain unresolved at the initial support tier require further escalation to ensure resolution.

Network issues are addressed and resolved through a structured escalation process. When initial troubleshooting proves insufficient, these problems are systematically elevated to appropriate technical teams or higher-level specialists for further investigation and resolution. This ensures that complex or persistent network disruptions receive the necessary expertise and attention to restore optimal functionality efficiently.

Compiling daily performance metrics to track progress against established targets represents a key responsibility of this role.

Monitor and evaluate monthly trends across designated market segments to identify patterns and inform strategic decisions.

Compile and present data visualizations in dashboard format for weekly assessment meetings.

Compilation of custom reports will be undertaken on an as-needed basis to support decision-making processes and operational requirements.

Track and document competitor actions and developments, providing comprehensive analyses and timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

Deliver comprehensive customer insights and propose tailored product or service recommendations to precisely address individual needs and preferences.

Plan and oversee on-site marketing initiatives, including road shows, property outreach campaigns, and mall activations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum engagement.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required for this role, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of project management methodologies and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification is required.

Proficiency in telecom or fixed wireless industry trends would be considered a valuable asset.

With at least one year of experience in outside sales—ideally within the telecommunications sector—though this requirement is not strictly mandatory.

Commercial acumen involves a thorough understanding of the competitive environment, including market positioning, available devices, service packages, and commission structures.
