The Finance Business Partner delivers strategic value by providing insightful analysis, constructive challenge, and actionable decision support. Oversee and execute a range of critical duties essential to the role, including managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Serving as a reliable financial advisor to commercial and cross-functional leadership teams, you will deliver strategic insights, constructive feedback, and data-driven recommendations to foster sustainable and profitable expansion.

Responsible for overseeing the financial performance of designated brands and channels, ensuring thorough analysis of actual results, potential risks, and growth opportunities, while providing a forward-looking perspective.

Drive collaborative planning, target establishment, and forecast development—including Latest Estimates—in close alignment with Sales, maintaining clear assumptions and consistent progress updates.

Oversee, monitor, and coordinate trade investments and commercial expenditures in collaboration with key stakeholders, while ensuring robust governance and conducting thorough post-evaluation assessments.

Partner with marketing and trade marketing teams to assess A&P investments, analyzing ROI and effectiveness metrics to enhance program outcomes.

Develop comprehensive business cases and profit-and-loss statements for initiatives related to innovation, portfolio management, and revenue optimization; facilitate informed go/no-go decisions and monitor progress toward benefit realization.

Collaborate with the supply chain team to oversee product and logistics expenditures, track cost of goods sold (COGS), and uncover avenues for improved efficiency and cost reduction.

Provide strategic management reporting and detailed variance analysis in comparison with the established plan or budget, while actively participating in period-end close processes alongside key finance partners.

Provide ad hoc analytical support and project assistance to regional and commercial stakeholders as needed.

Applicants must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with relevant certifications if applicable. Essential

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking a candidate with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and/or finance business partnering, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector or comparable, high-complexity industries.

Strong expertise in technical finance, encompassing accounting standards, performance management, forecasting, ROI evaluation, and strategic analysis.

A strategic and analytical professional adept at delivering constructive challenges, distilling intricate concepts, and fostering clear, impactful communication with key stakeholders.

Experienced in navigating intricate, matrix-based, and international organizational structures, with a collaborative mindset and proactive approach. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments.

Proficiency in auditing, financial control, statutory accounting, and commercial expenditure management is considered beneficial.
