The Role
As a key leadership position, this role is responsible for driving one of the business’s critical growth engines: expanding Greenspoon’s customer base, fostering long-term retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end growth strategy, encompassing acquisition, retention, customer experience, campaign development, customer journey optimization, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, assortment opportunities, and the exploration of innovative commercial concepts to propel the organization into its next phase of expansion.

Develop and implement scalable strategies aimed at acquiring high-quality customers through a diverse range of channels, including paid media, organic growth, partnerships, referral programs, offline activations, and emerging growth opportunities.
Drive customer retention and foster repeat purchases by taking ownership of the customer journey from the initial order onward, enhancing second-order conversion rates, boosting 30-day engagement, increasing repeat purchase frequency, reactivating lapsed customers, and maximizing long-term customer value.
Performance marketing professionals will oversee and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email, WhatsApp, app channels, and other high-potential platforms. They will analyze performance data to identify successful strategies, pinpoint ineffective tactics, and allocate resources more effectively to maximize return on investment.
Design and implement sophisticated lifecycle marketing strategies using Breve and other platforms to enhance customer journeys. Develop and optimize welcome flows, second-order flows, reactivation flows, win-back journeys, category-specific experiences, loyalty programs, and customer education initiatives.
Ensure our offerings are compelling and appropriately tailored to diverse customer segments by emphasizing key attributes such as convenience, premium quality, health-conscious products, competitive value, attractive discounts, an extensive supermarket selection, and tailored category-specific promotions.
Growth analytics professionals will monitor essential performance indicators, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, retention, repeat purchase rates, second-order conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), purchase frequency, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), campaign payback periods, churn, and reactivation metrics. They will transform raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Construct a robust testing framework to evaluate hooks, offers, landing pages, emails, advertisements, and customer communications. Leverage these insights to accelerate the team’s learning curve and amplify successful strategies for scalable growth.
You will enhance product and customer experience by collaborating with the technology and product teams to streamline the customer journey. This includes optimizing checkout, search, app experience, landing pages, category discovery, payments, and repeat purchase flows.
Driven by strategic assortment expansion, identify product, category, and business line opportunities that either attract fresh customer segments or enhance engagement with existing ones. Collaborate closely with the commercial team to transform these insights into targeted campaigns and compelling offers.
Forging strategic alliances and exploring innovative distribution avenues, the role entails identifying and cultivating partnerships that attract high-value customers while optimizing acquisition costs. Additionally, it requires rigorously evaluating emerging channels to ensure they align with disciplined growth strategies without compromising efficiency.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in key software tools and platforms, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to collaborate effectively within a team and interact with stakeholders. The ideal applicant should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, prior experience in project management or leadership roles is highly desirable.
