In this position, you will spearhead the design, enhancement, and implementation of Airport benefits, encompassing the new Mastercard Collection fast-track lanes and Taste of Priceless venues. Your responsibilities will include cultivating strategic partner relationships, securing innovative collaborations, and guaranteeing flawless execution across product, service, and operational teams. Additionally, you will be instrumental in maintaining market competitiveness, ensuring pricing alignment, and reinforcing Mastercard’s differentiation within the Travel sector.
Oversee a range of critical operational duties, including the management of project timelines, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership to support informed decision-making. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing operational costs, and improving overall productivity. Card Benefits Strategy & Development: Collaborate with key product teams to design and implement benefits that elevate customer value while ensuring alignment with the global Airport strategy.
Revenue Growth: Evaluate and capitalize on strategic avenues to enhance the monetization of Airport benefits, ensuring sustained financial expansion and value optimization.
As the key liaison for strategic partners, you will oversee the negotiation of agreements, conduct quarterly business reviews, and track performance against SLAs to ensure alignment and accountability.
Alignment involves coordinating benefit initiatives seamlessly across card product teams, integrating them into platform roadmaps, and ensuring proper implementation through operational enablers.
Ensure Commercialization teams, B2B Marketing, and other pertinent departments receive the necessary tools, training, and insights to optimize sales performance and enhance brand visibility.
Performance and Reporting: monitor critical product key performance indicators, evaluate partner performance and return on investment, and utilize findings to drive strategic decisions and facilitate ongoing enhancements.

With a proven track record in the field, candidates should possess hands-on experience in relevant areas.
