What you’ll do:
As the Senior Sales and Customer Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of the school to families and the broader community, embodying its values and mission. Develop and implement DISC’s student recruitment strategy across its four campuses.
Spearhead enrollment expansion by overseeing the entire admissions process from start to finish.
Develop and maintain robust prospect pipelines by cultivating strategic partnerships and conducting proactive outreach initiatives.
Facilitate the implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing parent involvement while ensuring the retention of students within the program.
Monitor admissions outcomes using the CRM system, then provide key findings and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Direct the local admissions and marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of strategic objectives.
Collaborate effectively with Heads of School to align on and execute enrollment priorities.
Deliver a robust and uniform representation of the ENSO brand throughout all campus environments.

A minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in Sales, Admissions, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management is required to effectively advance enrollment objectives, streamline the admissions’ workflow, and deliver an exceptional journey for prospective families from initial engagement through to successful enrollment.
With a strong history of driving growth and optimizing conversion performance, this role will play a pivotal part in enhancing DISC’s enrollment strategy, elevating conversion rates, and contributing to the institution’s strategic long-term development goals.
A proven track record in team leadership and stakeholder coordination is essential to successfully oversee the admissions process, fostering collaboration between academic and operational teams while ensuring seamless cross-departmental alignment.
