Position Overview

The Resort Supervisor oversees daily operations in guest services, food & beverage, and recreational facilities. This position ensures seamless departmental coordination, upholds service excellence, and consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences.

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow, maintain high productivity levels, and deliver exceptional results. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with organizational objectives, streamline processes, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to optimize performance, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable growth. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and ethical guidelines while upholding quality and service excellence.

Oversee front desk activities, address guest inquiries, and uphold an exceptional standard of personalized service.

Leadership of Teams: Provide direction and encouragement to employees, organize work schedules, and facilitate development through instructional programs.

Operations oversight involves ensuring the consistent monitoring, maintenance, and delivery of food services to uphold quality standards.

Assist with financial oversight by supporting budget preparation, monitoring expenditures, and improving the allocation of organizational resources.

Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.

Provide assistance in the organization and implementation of special events, conferences, and recreational activities.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to thrive in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are crucial for effective collaboration. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities is highly valued. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred but not mandatory.

A relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to five years of leadership experience in hospitality or resort management.

Demonstrates exceptional leadership, effective communication, and robust problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in utilizing property management systems and hospitality software applications.

Capable of accommodating varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by the position.
