Oversee a range of critical duties including project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and successful project completion. Develop and implement strategic plans to align with organizational objectives, while monitoring progress through established performance metrics. Conduct regular evaluations to assess team productivity and identify areas for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement. Serve as a primary liaison between departments to streamline communication and resolve interdepartmental challenges efficiently. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, ensuring all operations adhere to legal and ethical standards. Additionally, prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities, enabling informed decision-making.

Facilitate the strategic development and execution of monthly marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional offline channels, ensuring consistent adherence to established brand guidelines.

Assist in creating engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media channels, email campaigns, and the company website.

Collaborate with the team to transform innovative concepts into tangible deliverables, guiding each project through the stages of development and execution.

Analyze market trends, assess competitor actions, and evaluate audience behaviors to enhance our campaign strategies.

Collaborate on the planning and execution of photo and video shoots for brand and product campaigns, providing hands-on assistance throughout the duration of the production.

Examine social media and digital performance metrics to extract actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to synchronize marketing initiatives and commercial strategies for cohesive execution.

Responsibilities include overseeing content calendars, managing marketing databases, and monitoring campaign trackers to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role.
