Provide strategic guidance to both the CEO and Board regarding balancing considerations such as scalability, risk management, unrestricted reserves, cost recovery mechanisms, donor-imposed limitations, and financial exposure at the country level.

Lead scenario planning and financial modeling to project multi-year growth, accounting for complexities such as delayed disbursements, foreign exchange exposure, government payment timing, implementation shifts, and funding gaps.

The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience. At Splash, we are committed to advancing our mission while providing comprehensive benefits designed to support both employees and their families.

Splash functions across multiple time zones, offering flexible work arrangements. While team members may establish core hours within their local time zone, they must remain accessible for occasional work outside these hours. This approach is complemented by a self-directed schedule that ensures adequate personal time.

Our comprehensive benefits package encompasses 18 days of paid vacation annually, with an annual increase of two days until reaching a maximum of 28 days, in addition to 11 company-recognized holidays. The program also features Wellness Fridays, providing employees with reduced work hours on Fridays. Moreover, the company grants two additional weeks of paid leave, one during the July 4th holiday week and another in the final week of the year.
