Position Summary
We seek a meticulous and proactive Field Sales Representative to spearhead product adoption and revenue expansion throughout Kenya. This position entails cultivating robust client connections, advocating premium offerings to clinics and hospitals, and interacting with dental professionals to elevate sales within the dental supplies sector.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical tasks encompassing project management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and maintain meticulous records, reports, and documentation to facilitate transparent communication and compliance with established protocols. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, drive innovation, and enhance overall operational performance. Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the department. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards while mitigating risks and resolving potential challenges proactively.
We engage in the active promotion and distribution of a broad selection of dental equipment, instruments, and consumable products to dental practices, medical institutions, and healthcare providers.
Through proactive field visits, strategic referrals, and participation in industry events, explore and cultivate new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.
Establish and nurture enduring professional connections with dental professionals and pivotal stakeholders who influence key decisions.
Deliver product demonstrations and facilitate training sessions to comprehensively educate clients on proper usage, key benefits, and maintenance requirements.
Track and analyze competitor actions, pricing strategies, and new developments within the dental supplies’ industry, then prepare and deliver detailed reports accordingly.
Partner with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to streamline processes and uphold punctual deliveries while delivering outstanding client service.
Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives consistently.
Keep meticulous documentation of sales activities, customer engagements, and market intelligence to ensure precision and compliance.
