Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are preferred but not mandatory. The ideal applicant will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning.

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline is required.

With a proven track record spanning seven to ten years in IT, individuals should demonstrate extensive experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, or business systems’ management.

Professionals should possess hands-on experience overseeing at least two complete ERP implementation projects, ideally within manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, food processing, or distribution sectors.

Proficient in manufacturing ERP systems, with a comprehensive grasp of processes in production, inventory management, procurement, sales, warehouse operations, cost analysis, and financial workflows.

Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, including SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle/NetSuite, Sage, Odor, Tally, or comparable manufacturing-focused ERP platforms, is required.

Responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across various departments. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess organizational requirements, configure system modules, and ensure seamless integration with existing technologies. Conducts thorough testing, troubleshooting, and user training to guarantee smooth adoption and maximum system functionality. Monitors system performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements upgrades or customizations as needed to align with evolving business needs. Maintains strong knowledge of ERP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and competitive advantage.

Professionals should possess strong expertise in data migration, system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), user training delivery, and the creation of detailed reports. Additionally, the role requires the ability to provide comprehensive post-implementation support to ensure seamless transition and operational efficiency.

Proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and managing relationships with stakeholders are essential.

Proficiency in internal controls, user access management, audit trails, cybersecurity measures, backup procedures, and data integrity principles would be beneficial.

Coordinate the seamless transition of system deployment by overseeing data migration, rigorous testing phases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live execution. Additionally, lead comprehensive user training initiatives and provide dedicated post-implementation support to ensure optimal system functionality and foster widespread user adoption.

Monitor system performance, uphold comprehensive documentation and internal controls, facilitate business reporting and analytics, and advance continuous ERP enhancements in alignment with digital transformation goals.
