Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth. Serve as the primary liaison between senior management and operational teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals.

To uphold adherence to customer acquisition and onboarding protocols, including Know Your Customer (KYC) standards and customer education regarding top-up procedures.

Partners with the Line Manager to design, implement, and track sales initiatives within the designated region.

Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout the acquisition and onboarding processes.

Devices must be retrieved from customers who have not complied with established policies or contractual obligations.

Deliver primary technical assistance by conducting on-site diagnostics and resolving customer issues promptly.

Customer issues that cannot be resolved at the initial support tier are escalated to appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution. This responsibility involves assessing the severity of the problem, gathering necessary details, and ensuring timely communication with both the customer and relevant departments.

Network issues are to be escalated promptly to ensure timely resolution, involving stakeholders as necessary to address and mitigate potential disruptions.

Daily compilation of performance metrics against established objectives.

Monitor assigned markets to identify and analyze monthly trends systematically, ensuring comprehensive tracking and evaluation of market dynamics.

Design and develop weekly review dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.

Compilation of custom reports will be undertaken as and when necessary.

Track and document competitive actions, analyzing their strategies and initiatives to inform strategic decision-making.

Deliver customer insights by analyzing their needs and recommending products or services that effectively address those requirements.

Devise and implement in-person marketing campaigns, including road shows, estate storms, and mall activations, to engage target audiences directly.

Qualifications

A graduate degree, a Diploma of Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification is required.

Proficiency in telecom or fixed wireless industry trends serves as an additional benefit for this role.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in outdoor sales, ideally within the telecommunications sector, though this requirement is not strictly mandatory.

A strong grasp of commercial awareness is required, encompassing knowledge of the competitive environment, available devices, service packages, and commission structures.

A strong grasp of technology is essential, particularly in relation to solutions spanning both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.

Demonstrates resilience and consistently meets ambitious performance benchmarks under pressure.

A dynamic entrepreneurial mindset is essential for this role.
