Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and project management, to ensure operational excellence and organizational success. Facilitate the collection of data to support Monitoring and Evaluation activities across all thematic programs, projects, and functional departments.
Ensure the precision and reliability of data to facilitate efficient monitoring and evaluation of the institution’s strategic objectives.
Support the evaluation of data to monitor program, project, and departmental performance.
Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of the Reporting Matrix to accurately capture and display project progress within the ERP system.
Assist in compiling and preparing reports derived from collected data, while monitoring the progress and performance of programs, projects, and functional departments to ensure alignment with institutional strategic objectives.
Deliver a clear, consistent portrayal of results and influences derived from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions.
Handle additional duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications
A master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
Analytical prowess coupled with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and report preparation is required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in utilizing the ERP System for managing M&E data is considered a favorable qualification.
