Achieving daily and monthly individual sales objectives is essential to this role. Success hinges on consistently meeting established sales quotas within specified timeframes.
Perform product demonstrations, execute shade matching, and deliver brief skin consultations.
Process sales transactions, ensure store cleanliness, uphold display standards, and maintain tester hygiene.
Oversee inventory levels and engage in stock counts and requisitions to maintain accurate records.
Prepare and submit daily sales and closing reports promptly to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
Assist with in-store events and brand activation initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive promotional efforts.
