What you’ll do
Develop and refine Laser fiche workflows, forms, and business processes to enhance operational efficiency and streamline organizational workflows.
Automate workflows, processes, and decision-making protocols to enhance operational efficiency. Streamline task assignments, optimize routing mechanisms, and expedite approval workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve turnaround times.
Integrate systems by leveraging SQL, APIs, and automated scripts to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Configure metadata frameworks, establish security protocols, and design document architectures to ensure efficient data management and robust protection.
Diagnose technical issues and enhance current solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
What you need
With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in workflow automation or electronic form solutions—such as Laser fiche, DocuSign, Adobe, or similar platforms—you possess the technical foundation required for this role.
We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience utilizing Laser fiche, including its Workflow, Forms, and Admin Console components.
Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques is required.
Exceptional ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions is essential.
Proficient command of advanced English, both written and verbal, is essential for effectively conveying complex ideas, collaborating with diverse teams, and establishing clear, professional interactions across global platforms.
Nice to have
Proficiency in C, JavaScript, or an associated Software Development Kit is required.
Proven expertise in managing and configuring Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and Internet Information Services (IIS) is required.
Certified by the Lean Construction Institute, the Lean Construction Professional (LCP) credential validates deep expertise in Lean principles, methods, and practices tailored specifically for the construction sector.
