What You’ll Do

Deliver outstanding client service by serving as the primary contact for inquiries and updates.

Oversee a large-scale portfolio of cases, prioritizing accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

Daily, you will utilize the RingCentral communication platform and Case case management system to perform your duties, ensuring seamless integration of technology into your workflow for optimal efficiency and productivity.

Review pending medical records and billing requests to ensure timely processing and adherence to established protocols.

Contact medical facilities through telephone calls or written correspondence.

Evaluate and derive meaning from medical records that have been submitted earlier.

Comprehensive records of all interactions with providers must be meticulously documented.

Establish and manage follow-up schedules while promptly escalating any issues to the assigned paralegals for resolution.

Oversee the organization and upkeep of electronic records while facilitating the efficient advancement of cases through all required stages.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong academic background and relevant certifications to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous professional development are required to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Professional experience in managing medical records within legal or healthcare environments is required.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing RingCentral and Case (or comparable platforms) is required.

Strong organizational capabilities and the capacity to manage high call volumes effectively are essential for this role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in multitasking while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant will exhibit excellent time-management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Experience in a high-volume call center or customer service setting is highly preferred.
