Proven track record in customer-facing roles within dynamic, live platform environments.
Proven expertise in collaborating seamlessly with engineering and business/commercial teams to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
Proven expertise in SaaS, fintech, Insurtech, marketplace platforms, payment systems, lending solutions, agency banking, or environments characterized by extensive platform operations or integration challenges is required.
Delivers technical solutions and operational readiness with proficiency, ensuring projects are executed effectively and meet established standards. Demonstrates strong expertise in implementing technical strategies, managing project timelines, and adhering to quality benchmarks. Maintains a keen focus on efficiency, reliability, and scalability to support seamless delivery and long-term success.
Possesses a solid grasp of APIs, integrations, and fundamental distributed system challenges.
Proficient in interpreting system diagrams and understanding integration flows with clarity and precision.
Demonstrates proficiency in release management, quality assurance (QA), rollback procedures, system monitoring, and incident response protocols.
Is skilled at posing practical questions to engineers and engaging in respectful, constructive challenges.
Can distinguish between product issues, engineering issues, support issues, user-training issues and partner-side issues.
Can communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical teams.
