Job Summary
Pearl Hospital, a Level 4 multi-specialty facility located in Lavinia County, is searching for a Customer Care Executive to deliver exceptional front-line service to patients, visitors, and clients. In this role, you will manage inquiries, complaints, and service requests with courtesy, professionalism, and compassion, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s standards and core values of Quality, Efficiency, Professionalism, and Compassion.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Collaborate with senior leadership to align business objectives with operational activities, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor team performance, provide mentorship to direct reports, and identify opportunities for professional development. Maintain accountability for project timelines, budget adherence, and quality standards while driving measurable results. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance collaborative efforts. Additionally, conduct regular assessments of processes to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, promptly addressing their questions regarding directions, services, and other inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Respond to patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback with both urgency and professionalism to ensure resolution and maintain high standards of care.

Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.

Adhere to hospital policies, customer service protocols, and safety regulations without exception.
Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, along with proven expertise in [specific skills or tools].
