JOB PURPOSE
This role involves supporting the strategic planning and daily operations of the Business Development Function, covering both General Business and Medical segments, as well as broker and tender operations. Additionally, the position is tasked with expanding assigned broker accounts and ensuring the quality and accuracy of tender documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in [specific field or role, e.g., project management, software development, healthcare administration] is essential. Proficiency in [specific tools, software, or methodologies, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Agile methodologies, data analysis] is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are critical for success in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of industry-specific software or tools, while not mandatory, is considered advantageous. Must exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
A bachelor’s degree in commerce, public relations, or another social science discipline is required for this position.
Qualified individuals should hold either a Fellow or ACID/AII credential, or possess Chartered Marketer status.
Requires a minimum of four years of managerial experience in a professional setting.
