Series Luxury Suites presents an Apprenticeship opportunity within our Security Department, specifically in CCTV Operations. This entry-level initiative caters to candidates with less than two years of experience in security monitoring or comparable fields, aiming to cultivate expertise in professional surveillance and hospitality security.
Oversee and execute a range of critical responsibilities to ensure operational excellence and team success. Lead cross-functional initiatives by coordinating efforts across departments, aligning resources, and fostering collaboration to achieve strategic objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and risk management within the organization. Manage and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to cultivate talent and drive performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to ensure clear communication, alignment on goals, and timely decision-making. Analyze complex data and trends to inform strategic planning, resource allocation, and process optimization. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company standards, and ethical guidelines while maintaining a focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises, while accurately documenting and promptly reporting any incidents.
Support the Security team with daily operational tasks and ensure adherence to compliance protocols. Safeguard sensitive information by maintaining strict confidentiality and upholding established company standards.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in digital marketing or digital strategy. Demonstrates proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, alongside strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive insights. Exhibits excellent communication and project management abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute campaigns. Must be adept at using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
Professionals with under two years of experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a security-related field to qualify for consideration.
Proficiency in surveillance systems and IT management is required. Candidates should possess foundational understanding and practical experience in operating and maintaining surveillance technologies, as well as handling IT infrastructure.
Highly principled and meticulous, with a strong commitment to adherence to established procedures. Demonstrates exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
