A dynamic and client-centric Sales Administrator is required to facilitate seamless daily sales operations, foster strong client relationships, and streamline communication among customers, sales personnel, and leadership. The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities within a high-energy retail setting.

Oversee and execute critical duties including the management of daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project completion, foster collaboration, and maintain high performance standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business growth. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures while upholding quality and service excellence. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices through diligent oversight and continuous monitoring.

Responsible for the ongoing management and enhancement of customer databases and sales records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with the sales team to monitor orders, delivery statuses, and inventory levels.

Address customer inquiries promptly and courteously through phone, email, and in-person communications.

Compile weekly and monthly sales reports for review by management.

Support inventory management efforts and facilitate timely stock replenishment processes.

Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives as needed.

Maintain accurate and systematic filing and organization of all administrative documents to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance with established protocols.

Address customer concerns professionally while ensuring issues are escalated to the appropriate channels with timely resolution in mind.

Safeguard the confidentiality of both company and customer data at all times.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required, alongside a minimum of three years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or audit functions. Proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools is essential, as is familiarity with GAAP and regulatory compliance standards. Strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are critical. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders and collaborating across departments are also necessary.

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline is required.

With at least three years of prior sales experience in the branded promotional products’ industry, candidates will be strongly preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
