Job Purpose

This position delivers unbiased and independent evaluations of risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks within the Treasury, Risk, and Finance divisions. Direct the planning and execution of audit engagements focused on Treasury Operations, Risk Management Activities, and Financial Controls while ensuring comprehensive oversight throughout each phase.

Perform risk-based audits with a primary emphasis on evaluating liquidity risk, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and the accuracy of financial reporting.

Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over cash management, investments, foreign exchange, and treasury products.

The Risk Department is responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAP) and ensuring full compliance with Basel II regulatory requirements across the Bank.

To design and implement audit programs ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, policies, and standards.
