As a trusted finance partner to commercial and cross-functional leaders, you will deliver strategic insights, constructive challenge, and actionable recommendations to propel profitable growth initiatives forward.

Own the financial performance oversight for designated brands and channels, providing precise analysis of actual results, potential risks and opportunities, as well as future projections.

Lead the development of strategic plans, establish targets, and create forecasts—including Latest Estimates—in close collaboration with the Sales team, maintaining clear assumptions and providing consistent updates.

Oversee and monitor trade investments and commercial expenditures in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Implement governance frameworks and conduct thorough post-evaluation assessments to measure outcomes and drive informed decision-making.

Collaborate closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to assess A&P investments, ensuring rigorous evaluation of ROI and effectiveness metrics to enhance program performance.

Develop comprehensive business cases and profit-and-loss statements for innovation, portfolio, and revenue management initiatives and provide support in evaluating go/no-go decisions as well as tracking realized benefits.

Collaborate with the supply chain team to oversee product and logistics expenditures, track cost of goods sold (COGS), and uncover opportunities for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.

Provide management reporting and conduct variance analysis against the plan and budget, while collaborating with finance partners during period-end close processes.

Provide ad hoc analysis and project support to regional and commercial stakeholders as needed.

Essential

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

With preferably five to seven years of hands-on experience in finance, FP&A, and/or finance business partnering—gained within FMCG or comparable complex industries—you will bring a proven track record of delivering strategic financial insights and driving operational performance.

Demonstrates strong technical finance expertise encompassing accounting principles, performance management, financial forecasting, ROI assessment, and strategic financial analysis.

A strategic and analytical professional who excels at offering constructive challenges, breaking down complex issues, and conveying insights clearly to senior leadership.

Proven ability to thrive in intricate, matrixed, and global organizational structures, coupled with a collaborative mindset and proactive approach. Demonstrates comfort working autonomously while excelling in dynamic, high-paced environments.

Proficiency in auditing, control systems, statutory accounting, and commercial expenditure management represents a valuable asset.
