Delivering measurable results in the following critical areas of responsibility:
Collaborate with the Administrative Team to maintain the visitor tracking system and confirm that all visitors receive a security briefing, either before their departure or within 24 hours of their arrival.
Assist the Operation Coordinator by preparing standard security reports and maintaining the integrity of all pertinent databases consistently.
Compile and organize daily security data to support the preparation of monthly reports and enhance the decision-making process.
Provide support in the coordination and organization of logistics for field visits.
Revise and sustain a current security and communication hierarchy while executing monthly verification assessments to ensure its integrity and functionality.
The team assists employees with documenting and submitting incidents in the Data system.
Assist the Operations Coordinator in facilitating staff training sessions by providing logistical support, distributing training materials, and ensuring all participants are prepared for each session.
Assist in the development and maintenance of emergency and contingency planning documentation.
Assist the Operations Coordinator in maintaining comprehensive documentation and dissemination of security management protocols for emergency response initiatives to all personnel.
Offer contingent assistance to the Operations Coordinator during crisis management scenarios to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Deliver constructive feedback to field personnel regarding security-related questions and escalate inquiries to the Operations Coordinator whenever technical assistance is necessary.
Conduct thorough assessments of workplace environments, equipment, and operational practices to ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory standards and guidelines.
Handle other related duties as assigned from time to time.
