Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.
Requires 4 to 6 years of hands-on HR leadership experience.
Professional experience within hospitality, clubs, entertainment, or food and beverage sectors is highly advantageous.
Proficient in navigating and ensuring adherence to Kenyan labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
With a proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, you bring a wealth of expertise to streamline hiring processes, integrate new hires seamlessly, and enhance employee productivity through structured evaluations and development initiatives.
