JOB PURPOSE:

The relationship officer will spearhead the acquisition of new business and renewal accounts from individual and corporate agents within the market. They will lead the sales and marketing initiatives for the company’s core products and services, meeting established targets by ensuring agents fully comprehend the company’s key offerings and competitive advantages. Additionally, they will collaborate with the team to recruit, train, mentor, and motivate agents effectively.

Oversee key tasks, duties, and responsibilities to ensure the efficient execution of assigned projects and daily operations. Drive the completion of critical objectives through structured planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Maintain accountability for meeting deadlines, adhering to quality standards, and aligning activities with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, resolve challenges, and optimize productivity. Provide regular progress reports, analyze metrics, and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Demonstrate leadership by delegating tasks appropriately and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations while upholding professional integrity and ethical standards.

Tasked with driving revenue growth to meet established targets by retaining existing business and acquiring new clients across both current and prospective accounts.

Responsible for the oversight, management, and accurate record-keeping of the company’s insurance policy documents and certificate allocations.

Diligently enforce the cash and carry policy in accordance with established company protocols to guarantee full compliance.

Crafting and finalizing tailored incentive packages for high-performing intermediaries, in strict adherence to established policy and compliance frameworks.

By delivering a predetermined revenue product mix, we aim to achieve diversification in our offerings.

Compile and submit detailed, precise, and insightful reports to the branch manager to facilitate informed decision-making.

Oversee and execute branch-level Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent operational alignment and compliance.

Deliver exceptional service to customers while driving branch and company success through robust performance management practices.

Cultivate and sustain strong professional connections with brokers, agents, and clients while fostering seamless collaboration with other internal departments.

Act as a liaison with competitors, intermediaries, and the public to cultivate and uphold a positive corporate image.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a related role. Proficiency in project management software and strong analytical skills are essential. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and compliance regulations is also required. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines is critical to success in this position.

A recognized university must confer a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, such as Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance, or an equivalent qualification.

Holding a diploma in ACID or AII would serve as an additional asset.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in the designated field.
