Series Luxury Suites presents an Apprenticeship opportunity within our Security Department, specifically centered on CCTV Operations. This introductory program is tailored for candidates with less than two years of experience in security monitoring or closely related fields, aiming to cultivate a career in the realms of professional surveillance and hospitality security.
Oversee a range of critical operational duties, including but not limited to managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, assess outcomes, and implement corrective measures where necessary. Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment. Maintain accurate documentation, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making. Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain organizational excellence.
Operate and monitor CCTV systems vigilantly to uphold the safety and security of the premises. Ensure incidents are recorded with precision and reported without delay.
Provide assistance to the Security team in their daily activities and compliance-related tasks while ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality protocols and company policies.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with up to two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring. Eligible applicants must hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a security-related field.
Proficiency in managing and maintaining surveillance systems and IT infrastructure is required. Candidates should possess foundational experience with the operational aspects of surveillance technology and information technology handling.
Possesses high integrity, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to strictly adhere to established protocols while demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. A monthly net salary of KES 15,000 is offered for this position.
