Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless workflow efficiency and organizational productivity, including managing team performance, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth, enhance service delivery, and foster innovation while aligning with company objectives and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness, drive data-driven decision-making, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional development.

Assist in gathering data for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) initiatives across all thematic programs, projects, and functional departments.

Our responsibility involves maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity to facilitate robust monitoring and evaluation of the institution’s strategic objectives.

Supports the evaluation of data to monitor the efficacy of programs, projects, and operational departments.

Assist in maintaining the Reporting Matrix by accurately reflecting the status of multiple projects within the ERP system.

Consolidate and draft reports by compiling and analyzing collected data to monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of programs, projects, and functional departments, ensuring alignment with institutional strategic objectives.

Compile and articulate quantitative and qualitative data results from programs, projects, and functions with precision, ensuring transparency and logical consistency in the interpretation of outcomes and impacts.

Execute additional duties and responsibilities as required on an ongoing basis.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset are essential. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and the capacity to meet deadlines consistently.

A master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Required are exceptional analytical abilities along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis software, and the creation of detailed reports.

Proficient in conveying ideas clearly and effectively through both spoken and written channels.

Must possess strong self-direction and organizational skills to efficiently handle concurrent responsibilities.

Proficiency in utilizing the ERP System specifically for Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) data management is considered beneficial.
