Oversee and execute core responsibilities integral to the role, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and operational oversight. Provide leadership and management for administrative office functions and operations to ensure a productive, secure, and supportive workspace throughout the Head Office and Branch network.

Oversee and maintain all lease documentation pertaining to branch locations and company-owned properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Overseeing and safeguarding company assets at all times, along with maintaining accurate records of their status and condition.

Establish and maintain an organized, efficient filing system to support departmental operations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of records.

Responsible for managing and refreshing office inventory, furniture, and equipment in coordination with the finance department.

Ensure timely payment of all utility bills to prevent any service disruptions at both the head office and branch locations.

Prepare reports in a timely manner and develop presentations as directed by the department head.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory. Candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Python, Java, or C++. Proficiency in database management systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. The role demands a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving technologies.

A bachelor’s degree in Land Economics or Real Estate Management is required.
