About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and performance-focused Sales Consultant to enhance our high-velocity team. This position requires building relationships with prospective B2B clients, analyzing their unique requirements, and delivering customized solutions to increase revenue and ensure client success.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives designed to enhance organizational performance and achieve long-term objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and facilitate seamless communication across departments. Manage project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to guarantee timely and cost-effective completion. Conduct detailed analyses to identify areas for improvement, propose data-driven solutions, and present recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Maintain high standards of professionalism, adhere to company policies and procedures, and uphold ethical business practices at all times. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain weekly engagement with no fewer than 80 qualified B2B prospects, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up to drive meaningful conversations and opportunities.
Consistently reach out to leads through both phone and email to gather detailed information regarding project specifications, deadlines, and client expectations.
Craft and dispatch quotations promptly to ensure efficient communication with clients.
Ensure consistent follow-ups on quotations to secure closure and promptly address any client concerns.
Organize and lead conference calls to resolve technical inquiries from clients.
Responsible for maintaining precise documentation of sales activities and consistently meeting or exceeding established daily and weekly key performance indicators.
Employ strong negotiation capabilities to finalize agreements and foster enduring client partnerships.
Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Skills
A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of two to three years of demonstrated success in high-value sales, preferably within the fiber optic solutions sector, the ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of achievement in this specialized field.
Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and persuasively is essential.
A goal-oriented individual demonstrating resilience and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
Demonstrated proficiency in sales execution and client engagement strategies.
Proficiency in fiber optic product familiarity is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated aptitude for conflict resolution and problem-solving.
