About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and high-achieving Sales Consultant to strengthen our fast-paced and performance-focused team. This position will focus on connecting with prospective B2B clients, identifying their unique requirements, and delivering customized solutions that enhance sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical tasks, including the development and execution of strategic initiatives, management of cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead the analysis of performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, drive process improvements, and enhance overall efficiency. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and departmental heads to facilitate clear communication and coordinate interdepartmental projects. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members to support professional growth and development.
Initiate outreach to a minimum of 80 B2B leads on a weekly basis.
Consistently contact potential clients through phone and email to gain insights into project specifics, key deadlines, and their expectations.
Develop and dispatch quotations promptly to ensure prompt client responses.
Maintain regular follow-ups on quotations to secure final decisions and resolve any client inquiries promptly.
Coordinate and engage in conference calls to resolve technical inquiries from clients.
Ensure precise documentation of sales activities while consistently meeting or exceeding daily and weekly key performance indicators.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supplemented by a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are required. Excellent communication abilities to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are also necessary. Competence in using development tools and platforms, including Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines, is expected.
A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of two to three years of demonstrated success in high-value sales, ideally within the fiber optic solutions sector, candidates should bring a proven track record of achievement to this role.
Exceptional ability to convey information clearly and effectively, coupled with a talent for influencing and persuading others to achieve desired outcomes.
