Craft a polished documentary video, ranging from 20 to 25 minutes in duration, that showcases the innovative agroecology practices and inspiring success stories led by youth and women in the designated counties.
Professional interviews will be conducted with chosen beneficiaries.
Produce high-quality professional photographs that document agro-ecological practices, enterprises, and demonstrations with precision and clarity.
Create a minimum of two (2) concise video clips, each ranging from 1 to 2 minutes in duration, specifically designed for social media campaigns and digital storytelling initiatives.
Ensure that all videos incorporate proper branding elements, subtitles, captions, smooth transitions, and engaging storytelling methods.
Deliver high-definition video content in both edited and unprocessed formats, specifically in MP4 and QuickTime file types.
Professionally edited photos must be submitted in both high-resolution and web- and social-media-optimized formats.
Collaborate effectively with the PLUM Kenya Communications team to ensure all content adheres to the organization’s established branding and messaging protocols.
PLUM Kenya requests that all photos and videos be submitted in soft copy format via a USB drive, which should be procured by the applicant and submitted along with the deliverables to the PLUM Kenya offices.
The assignment will be carried out over a specified period, with a clearly defined start and end date as mutually agreed upon by both parties. Logistical support demands a minimum 4.0 GPA to ensure a strong foundation in operational efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, overseeing inventory control, and maintaining accurate documentation to streamline workflows. PLUM Kenya will provide transportation and coordination assistance exclusively throughout the duration of the assignment.

5REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ASSIGNMENT
A comprehensive dossier outlining the organizational framework and professional credentials of essential technical personnel engaged in the project will be provided.
Requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in videography, photography, and documentary production.
Demonstrated expertise in documenting initiatives focused on agriculture, agroecology, climate resilience, youth empowerment, and women’s empowerment is required.
Please provide at least three samples or links to comparable documentaries, photo stories, or completed assignments from your previous work.
Professional filming, photography, and editing equipment demonstrate technical competence.
