The Sales Consultant Track provides a structured pathway for individuals to develop and refine their sales expertise through hands-on experience and targeted training. Candidates must possess a strong aptitude for relationship-building, persuasive communication, and strategic problem-solving, along with a proven track record in achieving sales targets or relevant experience in customer-facing roles. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. Additionally, the role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to analyze market trends, and a commitment to continuous professional development to stay ahead in a dynamic sales environment.

As a Sales Consultant, your primary objective is to expand business operations by actively seeking out, engaging, and cultivating new business prospects from both current and prospective clients.

Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to meet established goals. Facilitate communication between departments to align on priorities and resolve operational challenges. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity. Maintain accurate documentation of project updates and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Demonstrating the distinct advantages of our pest and hygiene solutions to clients, this role focuses on promoting our comprehensive service portfolio through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives. The schedule requires availability Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, alternating with days off every other weekend.

You will receive a total of 23 days of paid annual leave, along with paternity, maternity, sick, and compassionate leave. After five years of service, this entitlement will increase to 30 days.
