Job Purpose

Maintain a consistent physical presence on the sales floor and provide assistance to customers in finding desired merchandise.
Guide clients through the entire product range while delivering comprehensive, detailed information about each offering.
When inventory is not available on the sales floor, provide recommendations on which merchandise should be sourced from the warehouse or store for delivery to fulfill customer requests.
Record client information accurately on the electronic warranty documentation.
Direct customers to the designated testing area, providing a product demonstration and verifying that all tested items meet their specified requirements.
Close sales with minimal discounting while facilitating a seamless check-out process, ensuring smooth dispatch or arranging timely delivery by gathering and compiling accurate client details.
Collect and deliver customer feedback following the completion of each sale to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate details regarding available offers to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Educate customers regarding available purchasing incentives to enhance their buying experience.
Tasked with driving business expansion by actively seeking out and cultivating new client relationships, as well as promoting and securing sales of company products to prospective customers.
Conduct ongoing monitoring to identify and analyze competitor pricing, and perform routine audits to detect any fluctuations in pricing.
Ensure seamless collaboration with the delivery team to guarantee punctual product deliveries.
Ensure the allocated department section is consistently maintained at full stock levels and systematically organized within the sales area to uphold visual merchandising standards and facilitate customer accessibility.
Your responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock from storage when it reaches the predetermined reorder threshold to maintain optimal supply levels.
Ensure merchandise remains consistently free of dust through thorough supervision.
To ensure accurate placement of price tags and feature cards on the corresponding products.
Daily verification of stock levels for the designated impulse product category is required.
Maintain stringent housekeeping standards and ensure all products are accurately priced and equipped with complete feature cards and sale tags.
Communicate all products identified as defective during the inspection process to the relevant managers and coordinate their transfer to the store team for further handling.
Ensure that all stocks within your custody are balanced on a monthly basis.
Qualification
A diploma or its equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Care is required.
Having prior sales training or relevant experience within a retail setting would be advantageous.
Seeking a candidate with a proven track record and hands-on experience in the field. The ideal applicant will possess relevant expertise and a deep understanding of industry-specific practices.
