Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a closely related field is required, preferably supplemented by a master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or auditing, with at least three years in a supervisory or leadership role. Proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance is mandatory. A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a closely related discipline is required.

We require strong expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies, process optimization techniques, and adherence to ISO standards would be considered a plus.
This position entails overseeing a range of duties encompassing strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, leading teams to achieve performance targets, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Production Operations & Planning encompasses the management of daily paint manufacturing processes, including production scheduling, resource allocation, batching, mixing, grinding, tinting, and packaging, with a focus on consistently meeting production targets efficiently.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing specifications is paramount, while spearheading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, minimize wastage, and foster continuous improvement remains essential.
Leadership and coordination of teams are essential, requiring oversight of production teams while collaborating with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, QA, and supply chain departments to optimize equipment utilization and maintenance procedures.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Oversee plant productivity, downtime metrics, KPIs, and overall operational performance, in addition to compiling and presenting detailed production and management reports.
