Job Purpose
To craft and deliver beverages to guests with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy while maintaining exceptional standards of hospitality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties, including the planning, coordination, and execution of critical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to established timelines. Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and achieve measurable results. Develop and maintain robust processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and accountability across all operational functions. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement strategic improvements to optimize productivity and resource allocation. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and resolve escalated issues. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Prepare beverages by combining ingredients, adding garnishes, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes and guest specifications.
Engage with guests in a welcoming, professional manner while demonstrating strong product knowledge to recommend drinks and encourage the selection of premium offerings.
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, initiate replenishment requests, and uphold proper storage standards for spirits, mixers, and garnishes to ensure availability and preservation.
Maintain a pristine bar environment by ensuring spotless conditions, strictly following food safety protocols, and fully complying with all health regulations.
Process incoming payments with precision, maintain accurate cash drawer reconciliation, and provide customers with detailed receipts to ensure transparency in all transactions.
Craft distinctive signature cocktails and play a key role in developing seasonal drink offerings.
Ensure strict adherence to all licensing regulations, responsible alcohol service standards, and internal company policies to maintain operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required. Proficiency in specific software or tools pertinent to the role is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to excel in this position. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also critical for success in this role. Previous experience in a similar capacity is highly desirable.
A qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Mixology at the certificate or diploma level is required.
Experienced bartenders or mixologists with a proven track record in upscale resorts, high-volume restaurants, or vibrant bars are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in crafting diverse cocktail recipes, along with a deep understanding of wine, beer, and spirits, is required.
Effective communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders are essential.
