Job Purpose
To ensure exceptional hospitality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction, this role involves carefully preparing, blending, and serving beverages with professionalism, efficiency, and a courteous demeanor.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing project management, team leadership, and strategic planning to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement innovative solutions to address challenges, optimize processes, and enhance productivity across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with company goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards while promoting a safe and inclusive work environment. Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare and present a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by precisely mixing ingredients, adding appropriate garnishes, and serving drinks in accordance with established recipes and individual guest specifications.
Engage with guests in a welcoming, professional manner, leveraging strong product knowledge to suggest beverages and promote premium options effectively.
Inventory Management: Track stock levels, initiate replenishment orders, and maintain proper storage conditions for spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area, ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols and full compliance with all health regulations.
Accurately process incoming payments while maintaining precise cash drawer balances and providing customers with official receipts.
Design innovative cocktail creations and help develop seasonal beverage offerings, contributing fresh ideas to the menu.
Compliance responsibilities include ensuring adherence to all licensing regulations, responsible alcohol service standards, and established company policies.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in [specific software/tools] and strong analytical skills are essential requirements.
