Job Purpose
To craft and deliver beverages to guests with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy, maintaining exceptional standards in hospitality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive measurable outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve challenges, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Maintain rigorous adherence to compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices while managing resources efficiently. Additionally, prepare detailed reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend data-driven solutions to support executive decision-making and long-term growth.
Prepare beverages—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—by accurately measuring, mixing, and garnishing drinks in accordance with established recipes and individual guest requests.
Engage guests with a welcoming demeanor, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our products; actively suggest beverages and promote premium selections to enhance their experience.
Inventory management responsibilities include tracking stock levels, initiating replenishment requests, and maintaining proper storage conditions for spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards within the bar area, ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols and full compliance with all applicable health regulations.
Process financial transactions with precision, reconcile cash drawer balances, and generate receipts for customers.
Craft distinctive signature cocktails and collaborate on the development of seasonal beverage offerings.
Ensure strict compliance with all licensing regulations, responsible alcohol service protocols, and established company policies.
Qualifications
A degree or certification in hospitality, food and beverage services, or mixology is required.
Experienced bartender/mixologist with a demonstrated track record in resorts, restaurants, or bars.
Proficiency in crafting a variety of cocktails, along with an in-depth understanding of wine, beer, and spirits, is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with the capacity to cultivate productive working relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Thrives in high-pressure situations and dynamic work settings, maintaining productivity and composure amid tight deadlines and rapid workflows.
