Delivering a weekly instructional load of up to ten (10) lessons within their designated field of expertise.

Consistently communicate with the Teacher Lesson Design team to gather and relay educators’ insights and observations regarding lesson plans.
Collaborate closely with the Operations Associate to ensure the availability of learning materials and teaching resources.

As the hiring manager for instructional staff positions, you will lead the recruitment and selection process, overseeing the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of qualified candidates. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with department leaders to define staffing needs, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and hiring standards.
Through comprehensive classroom observations, constructive feedback sessions, and structured school walkthroughs, coaches will mentor and guide teachers to enhance instructional practices and foster professional growth.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of professional development initiatives and activities throughout the school.
Promote collaborative initiatives among educators across grade levels and subject areas to enhance instructional alignment and consistency.
Collect, examine, and disseminate both internal and external school assessment data while translating findings into actionable insights. Leverage data-driven strategies to enhance student academic outcomes, ensuring informed decision-making across all levels of the institution.
The responsibility encompasses the supervision of intervention program development, implementation, and evaluation tailored to the distinct academic needs of various subgroups, including remedial and enrichment-focused initiatives.
Collaborate with the Dean of Instruction and Learning, alongside Senior Resident Teachers, to design and deliver professional development sessions that are both well-organized and highly engaging.
Collaborate closely with the Dean of Instruction and Learning to coordinate and schedule academic school events within the institutional calendar and timetable.
ABOUT YOU
Required skills and qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably business administration, finance, or accounting. Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in a similar role, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential, and familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management are also required.
You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and possess TSC certification.
A Master’s degree in education or education management is strongly preferred.
With a minimum of three years of experience in a demanding academic environment characterized by high standards, you have held at least one leadership position in instruction, such as serving as a department chair, grade-level lead, or teacher coach.
