In this position, you will spearhead the design, enhancement, and implementation of Airport benefits, encompassing the recently launched Mastercard Collection fast-track lanes and Taste of Priceless venues. Additionally, you will oversee strategic partner collaborations, negotiate innovative opportunities, and guarantee flawless alignment among product, service, and operational divisions. Your responsibilities will further include ensuring Mastercard’s market leadership, pricing uniformity, and distinct positioning within the Travel sector.

Card Benefits Strategy & Development: Collaborate closely with pertinent product teams to conceptualize and implement benefits that elevate customer value while ensuring alignment with the overarching global Airport strategy.
Revenue Growth: Research and capitalize on avenues to enhance the monetization of Airport benefits.
As the key liaison for strategic partners, you will lead relationship management efforts by negotiating agreements, conducting quarterly business reviews, and tracking performance against service-level agreements to drive mutual success.
Alignment is crucial to ensure benefit initiatives are seamlessly coordinated across card product teams, seamlessly integrated into platform roadmaps, and precisely configured with operational enablers to drive cohesive execution.
Ensure Commercialization teams, B2B Marketing, and other pertinent groups receive the necessary tools, training, and insights to optimize their sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
Performance and Reporting: Monitor product KPIs, evaluate partner performance and return on investment to drive informed strategic decisions and foster ongoing enhancements.

Experience
With a minimum of eight years of expertise in product management, strategic partnerships, or closely aligned domains—particularly within payments, financial services, or travel loyalty programs—you are equipped to drive impactful results in this role.
