This position functions as a pivotal coordination and communication hub, facilitating seamless collaboration between Strategic Projects Managers (SPMs), Senior Managers, program teams, and cross-functional departments. Its responsibilities include aligning work plans, overseeing the effective execution of activities, maintaining rigorous performance tracking, and ensuring meticulous documentation and reporting across all implementation counties.
