Job Purpose

The Team Coordinator plays a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Program Delivery and the Senior Manager of Program Delivery to streamline the planning, coordination, and implementation of program initiatives throughout Living Goods Kenya.

This position functions as the key coordination hub and communication link connecting Strategic Projects Managers, Senior Managers, program teams, and cross-functional departments. It guarantees alignment of work plans, seamless execution of activities, rigorous performance monitoring, and the preparation of accurate documentation and reports across all implementation counties.

This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, fostering clear communication, and fortifying risk management while ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination to meet program priorities and deliver activities on schedule.

Oversee the execution of critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high-performance standards.
