Reflective and collaborative educators are sought who demonstrate deep expertise in inclusive education, curriculum differentiation, Humanities and Literacy instruction, and Kenyan Sign Language. Seeking candidates who meet the following essential criteria: a relevant degree in a pertinent field or equivalent professional experience, proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, and a minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience in [specific role/field]. Oversee the execution of critical operational duties, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency across all assigned tasks. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement within the team or department. Act as a primary liaison, fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication, resolve conflicts, and achieve collective goals.

Serve as the lead educator for Kenyan Sign Language classes throughout the high school, overseeing all aspects from curriculum development and instructional delivery to student evaluation.

Work collaboratively with subject teachers to jointly design, implement, and evaluate lessons that align with curriculum objectives and inclusive education standards.

Customize instructional materials and strategies to effectively accommodate the varied learning requirements of students. Tailor content and delivery methods to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners.

Facilitate the cultivation of conceptual comprehension, analytical reasoning, and solution-oriented problem-solving capabilities.

To integrate mastery-based learning and assessment strategies, we will design and implement frameworks that enable every learner to participate actively and achieve significant progress.

Serve as a case manager, developing and overseeing Individualized Learning Plans or implementing necessary support updates in collaboration with the designated case manager.

Track, record, and convey student advancement to educators, families, and the learning support staff.

Offer customized assistance in small group or one-on-one settings, as required during instructional sessions.

Foster a secure, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and cultivates independent learning.

Engage in ongoing professional development, collaborative planning sessions, and school-wide initiatives to enhance instructional practices and foster a cohesive learning environment.
